Who we are looking for

A professional with three or more years of experience in a Junior Accountant role, familiar with the routine of the finance department. We are looking for someone to handle monthly and annual closures — timely reports, accurate accounts, and complete closings. Fits into an accounting team with direct support from senior accountants.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Keep accounts receivable and payable updated and ensure timely invoice issuance.
• Perform accounting reconciliations and maintain accurate records reflecting the true financial state.
• Manage accounting entries and record commercial transactions whenever necessary.
• Review and update financial data in databases, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and availability upon request.
• Participate in the review of internal procedures, including expenses and payroll records.
• Collaborate in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other relevant financial documents in accordance with company guidelines.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on activities carried out.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual accounting closures.
• Support senior accountants with other accounting operations.

Inside the daily routine
