Role overview

The Human Resources Assistant will provide support across the department’s core activities, helping ensure the smooth running of employee-related processes and internal management tasks. This is a strong opportunity for early-career candidates or those in the final stage of higher education who want to gain practical experience in a growing company.

Key responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and selection processes, including application organization and follow-up throughout screening stages.

  • Provide support for employee administration, with a focus on recordkeeping, document control, and updating internal information.

  • Ensure the proper organization of HR documentation and files.

  • Assist with activities related to performance management and organizational climate.

  • Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day operational tasks, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Candidate profile
