Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Buildings Engineer — Architecture or Civil Engineering background — for the project. The role operates at the interface between the office and the field: you will design, verify, study, and collaborate with other project specialists and drafters, both internally and externally.

What you will do

Your mission is to execute technical tasks assigned by the project discipline lead related to design, verification, or study activities. The job posting outlines the work across four phases, with technical and commercial support throughout:

• Support to technological and commercial development: provide technical support to know-how development and commercial activities;
• Feasibility study: technically support feasibility evaluation;
• Bidding phase: review, clarify, and qualify technical tender documentation; coordinate activities and deliverables according to project schedule; identify technical queries, deviations, and alternatives; apply bidding methodologies and design guidelines; support the proposal team with budget requests, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations; participate in clarification meetings;
• Project execution: review client documentation and requirements; maintain technical project files; control subcontracted architectural engineering documents; execute detailed design, verification, and study activities; prepare design specifications for architectural and civil works; develop functional building layouts; prepare material specifications; support technical client interfaces; prepare MTOs and BOQs.

Throughout all tasks, the objective is sound engineering and design optimization in terms of cost, ease of fabrication, and safety within the buildings discipline.
