What you will do

As Lifting Supervisor, you take direct responsibility for every crane and rigging operation on board the vessel, from simple to high-complexity maneuvers, ensuring incident prevention. Daily responsibilities include:

• Lifting planning and coordination: plan, coordinate, and supervise all crane and rigging operations on board without exception, ensuring proper preparation for every maneuver.
• Risk assessment and safety: conduct pre-lift meetings with work crews and prepare job safety analyses, maintaining full alignment with offshore HSE standards and company guidelines.
• Equipment auditing and inspection: conduct continuous audits and inspections of lifting tackle, slings, shackles, and cranes, verifying that third-party certifications and color codes are up to date.
• Deck crew supervision: guide deck personnel, crane operators, and rigging teams, ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment and safe signaling and communication systems.
• Marine operations support: provide direct support to the Marine Operations Superintendent in monitoring deck maneuvers, cargo transfer operations, refueling, and waste management.

Working conditions

Salary: undisclosed.
