What you will do

The role focuses on ensuring the safe maintenance of instrumentation and control systems, in compliance with HSE rules, current legislation, and international standards. On a daily basis, this includes:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and control systems, in strict compliance with company and client HSE rules;
• Coordinate contractor teams and report daily to the discipline supervisor;
• Plan maintenance operations: ensure logistical means, participate in site coordination meetings, and prepare reports for the supervisor;
• Manage spare parts movement and track inventory of materials, consumables, and tools;
• Record and track maintenance activity in the site work order system (CMMS — e.g., SAP, Unisup, Maximo, or Datastream) and approve work order reports;
• Keep updated the lists of tasks reserved for inspections or shutdowns and anticipate potential plant issues in coordination with other sections;
• Lead the site team: identify training needs, participate in the nationalization plan, assess skills, and continuously mentor local staff;
• Ensure proper team behavior according to safety regulations, apply risk mitigation controls, and verify permit-to-work system measures.

Conditions

Saipem offers a 12-month contract, renewable based on company needs, and a benefits package that includes health insurance.

The specific work base is defined by Saipem at the start of the contract. The expected start date is as soon as possible.
