Daily responsibilities

• Prepare varied meals and dishes in quantity to serve groups and events.
• Prepare pastries, savory snacks, and cakes, adhering to recipes and hygiene standards.
• Prepare potatoes, side dishes, and other supporting menu items.
• Organize food for events and other company catering needs.
• Apply food safety practices throughout the process, from ingredient selection to final service.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant with food hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper storage of products and equipment maintenance to prevent waste and loss.
• Support the service team and ensure delivery arrives on time and in good condition.
• Track product consumption and notify management of restocking needs.
