What you will do
The job covers the complete distribution circuit, from warehouse dispatch to delivery at the destination. On a daily basis, tasks include:
- Complete the vehicle pre-inspection checklist before each route and keep the maintenance schedule up to date;
- Keep the vehicle in good condition, protect the cargo, and comply with internal and legal safety and cleanliness rules;
- Deliver products and empty containers to the right destination on schedule, and collect returnables without breaking the route sequence;
- Verify loading and unloading counts and ensure delivery documents are completed, signed, and issued;
- Maintain fuel consumption within the fixed target per 100 km driven;
- Reduce glass breakage on the route through load-conscious driving;
- Accurately log fuel consumption and submit reports on time — including DPO and SIO reports;
- Follow the VPO standard under the Safety pillar: use PPE, respect traffic flow, and report unsafe conditions or acts;
- Practice 5S in the workplace and use the right tools when a problem arises.
