WASSHA Mozambique Inc. Lda, a renewable energy company, has opened recruitment for a Customer Support Officer based in Nampula city, joining the Operations and Marketing Division, in the department that looks after customer care. The role exists to make sure that everyone who contacts the company gets clear, quick answers, that complaints never go unaddressed, and that each customer's experience justifies their loyalty to the brand's services.
Whoever takes this seat becomes the company's daily voice to the public: answering, clarifying, registering and following each case through to the end, working in close contact with the teams operating in the field.
We want someone who genuinely enjoys solving people's problems and can stay calm even when the customer arrives upset. Someone organised, who likes to see each case closed and never leaves requests forgotten along the way. If that is how you work, the rest — education, experience, languages and tools — is detailed in the requirements list of this card.
If you have been wasting equipa with outdated ads or vacancies whose deadline has already closed, here you arrive in equipa: every card is checked against the official source before publication and the application deadline is always in view. Follow the channel at the bottom of the page and get fresh vacancies at 07h30, every day, no more ad hunting.
WASSHA was born in Japan and today keeps subsidiaries in four countries — from Mozambique to Nigeria, through Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo — dedicated to bringing renewable energy solutions to communities. It presents itself as a place where people work with openness and results in sight, giving room to those who want to grow and learn continuously.
Send your updated CV to recrutamento@tz.wassha.com, with the suggested subject line "Customer Support Officer". The original announcement does not set a subject line or a document list beyond the CV — send it well reviewed, because it is the minimum required document for this application.
The submission deadline is 15 September 2026. If your profile passes the shortlisting, it is the recruitment team itself that will contact you for the next stages of the process.
If you want to strengthen your CV before sending, Inademy's Guide has free material: start with the step-by-step CV guide for Mozambique — a well-ordered CV is what makes the recruiter stop scrolling.
Transparency note: the original announcement does not publish salary figures or contract details; this card reproduces only what the official source disclosed.
