Key Highlights: Fundação Ariel Glaser is looking for 15 drivers (code MOT) for Maputo, Manica, Sofala, Tete, Zambézia, Nampula, and Cabo Delgado. The deadline is October 23, 2026. Documents must be submitted at any of the Foundation's three offices in Maputo, Matola, or Pemba.
These vacancies fall under the FADM READY Project, funded by the United States Government and implemented in partnership with the Armed Defence Forces of Mozambique (FADM).
The objective is to strengthen the country's military health systems, making them more resilient and sustainable. The project fosters institutional and operational capacities that contribute to the readiness and sustainability of military health services, increasing long-term service readiness.
The MOT vacancy is part of a broader recruitment process by the Foundation, with several positions for project implementation in Mozambique. The process is open to professionals across the country.
The position is based in Maputo, with travel across Mozambique where applicable.
Looking for drivers with a valid driver's license, minimum of three years of professional experience, knowledge of major routes in Maputo, availability to travel, a clean driving record, and fluency in Portuguese.
For all positions, the Foundation also requires a high sense of integrity, ethics, and professional responsibility, teamwork in a multicultural environment, commitment to confidentiality and data protection, and the ability to meet deadlines with a results-oriented mindset.
Experience in international organizations or projects, proficiency in English — especially for senior-level roles and donor-facing functions — and experience in projects funded by the United States Government, PEPFAR, DoW/DHAPP, or other international donors are considered an advantage.
Remuneration and conditions are to be negotiated with Fundação Ariel Glaser; the job posting does not state specific values. For questions regarding compensation or terms, please verify via the Foundation's contact numbers.
