Who we are looking for

We are looking for an F&B Supervisor with hands-on experience: someone who spends shifts on the floor, coordinating the resort's bar and restaurant team, ensuring that area presentation, food safety, and customer service adhere to brand standards.

This position connects the operational team with F&B management — you are the link that makes procedures happen on every shift. The resort operates on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays, with business demands fluctuating with occupancy. You need to remain calm under pressure, make quick decisions, and handle details meticulously, from table settings to reporting faulty equipment.

Expected outcomes are measured across four areas: guest satisfaction and generated feedback; consistency with brand service standards; operational efficiency in bars and restaurants and shift management; and team performance, integration, and continuous development.

Additionally, this includes compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, effective cost and stock control, reduction of complaints and operational errors, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of assigned bars and restaurants, preparing areas prior to service and maintaining standards throughout each shift;
• Ensure efficient service from start to finish, anticipating guest requests, concerns, and feedback;
• Coordinate team opening and closing, assign tasks during shift briefings, and monitor attendance, punctuality, uniform standards, and performance;
• Train and develop team members on the job, identify training needs, and report them to F&B management;
• Oversee food and beverage preparation, storage, and service, inventory and consumables management, and equipment usage, minimizing waste and reporting breakages;
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating relevant situations to F&B management;
• Supervise compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures, supporting departmental inspections and corrective actions;
• Assist in shift roster planning and F&B staff allocation, adjusting staffing levels according to business needs;
• Complete operational checklists, shift reports, and logs, ensuring smooth shift handovers and effective communication of relevant issues to the management team.
