It is this department that is now opening a position for a Marketing Assistant in Matola City, Maputo Province, designed for those who are taking their first steps in their career.

You will work alongside the Marketing Manager and together with the graphic designers, in a pace where the same week might require materials for the hypermarket, posts for the perfumery, and numbers for the online store. What you will do day-to-day

• Keep the editorial calendar for each group unit's social media networks organized — what goes out, when, and why;
• Publish pre-approved content within the agreed-upon equipa slots for each brand;
• Get campaigns up and running alongside the Marketing Manager: prepare materials, schedule posts, and handle the flyers and promotional items for the field;
• Help organize group events — grand openings, promotions, and trade fairs — taking care of logistics;
• Track daily metrics for each social media network — followers, reach, and engagement — and compile them into a weekly overview;
• Keep an eye on comments and direct messages, answer simple inquiries, and escalate anything requiring a decision to the Marketing Manager;
• Contribute your data to the group's monthly marketing report.

The position is based in Matola City, at the group's premises, and includes occasional travel for on-the-ground events or campaigns.
