ProX is a Mozambican business group that brings together engineering, technology, consulting, talent, and operations under one roof. Now, it aims to reinforce its technical team with 10 mineral processing engineers to work in Tete, right alongside ore treatment and ore beneficiation operations. Ten positions, one single profile: someone who understands mineral processing and loves operations.
Your role is practical and direct: monitor the plant, measure its output, and find ways to extract higher performance from the same equipment. Fewer losses, improved mineral recovery, and more predictable processes. If you enjoy seeing the direct impact of your work reflected in production figures, this position gives you that opportunity every day.
An engineer who feels right at home moving between the plant and spreadsheets. Someone who walks through operations with a trained eye, asks operators what changed this week, and heads back to the office to verify it in the data. Knowing where to find each answer and turning it into a practical decision matters far more than memorising manuals.
Operations teams will count on you whenever the process strays off target. That calls for patience when explaining ideas and the humility to learn from colleagues who have been on the ground for years. In return, you will watch your suggestions turn into measurable output results—the most direct reward process engineering has to offer.
Working in mineral processing in Mozambique gives you real industrial scale and exposure to demanding raw materials. You will deepen your understanding of every stage of processing — from raw ore to concentrate — directly on the equipment in live operations. You will write reports that reach across management levels and learn to balance production, safety, and cost — three forces that constantly pull in different directions. It is the kind of experience that opens doors throughout the national extractive industry.

ProX accepts applications exclusively through its official website. The process is quick and simple:
Deadline: 8 September 2026. Only candidates who match the required profile will be considered for the subsequent stages of the recruitment process — as stated in the job announcement itself. If an engineering role in Tete fits your background, don't leave your application until the final day.
