Day-to-day responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis, the role covers all virtual customer support. Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer messages on WhatsApp Business and Meta Business within 5 minutes during business hours. No customer is left unanswered on a working day.
• Recording each order with all details: customer, products, quantities, delivery address, and payment method.
• Advising customers on products — features, prices, and alternatives — so that their choice is clear.
• Forwarding orders to the Logistics Assistant and Delivery Rider, ensuring zone service delivery deadlines are met.
• Following up after delivery: ensuring the customer knows their order went well and that the brand takes responsibility.
• Collaborating with Marketing to respond to comments on Instagram and Facebook, maintaining the brand voice in all published interactions.

Together, these tasks uphold Krolyc's service promise: orders logged with all necessary details, deliveries completed within zone timeframes, and customers kept informed at every stage.

The ideal candidate profile

We are looking for someone comfortable with smartphones and written communication: someone who responds quickly, writes clearly in Portuguese, and organizes orders without missing details. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required — this vacancy is open to beginners.
