Your day-to-day

• Plan the unit's production schedule and keep it under control week by week, adjusting when raw materials or orders change;
• Keep extraction and packaging running without interruptions — anticipate bottlenecks before a breakdown costs tonnes;
• Monitor product quality at all stages, using clear procedures and controls applied as the work happens, not just at the end;
• Implement HACCP principles and workplace safety standards daily, from start to end of the production line;
• Keep machinery and equipment in top condition, working alongside maintenance to resolve faults quickly;
• Control costs: minimise raw material waste, with energy and resource consumption kept under constant surveillance;
• Lead and train the production team — hygiene, safety, and equipment handling — while tracking shift productivity;
• Manage plant emissions and waste so that growth does not come at the cost of environmental damage in the region.
