Public Tender: Website and Corporate E-mails — Ungagodoli (Matola)

The Ungagodoli Association, based in the Cidade da Matola, announces a public tender for the contract of a company specialising in the creation, programming and maintenance of a website and of a corporate e-mail management system. The contract will be awarded through a tender procedure, in which bidders may submit technical and financial proposals.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 30 October 2026, at 11:00, at the institution's reception. Applications are made in person or by the e-mail address ungagodoli.recrutamento@gmail.com.

The objective of the contract is to establish the organisation's official presence on the Internet, with the website and the e-mail platform serving as a central channel of information, communication and outreach of the services provided. The website should follow the Association's visual communication standard.

The design must be adaptable to mobile devices, including smartphones, computers and tablets, with Internet access. The integration of the corporate e-mail management system will also allow the organisation to manage institutional correspondence in a controlled and professional environment.

In addition to the initial creation, the contracted company must ensure the maintenance of the website for a period of 4 months, corresponding to the evaluation period. This maintenance includes server hosting, the security of links and content, and the correction of programming errors.

The execution of the work will be followed up by the coordination of the Ungagodoli Association, responsible for providing the necessary information. All content to be updated, drawn from the Association's archive, must be submitted for approval before its publication and availability to the public.

Information provided by the contracting entity that is not intended for public disclosure must be handled confidentially, and the contracted company must commit to this treatment.

Company selection will be based on two criteria: fiscal regularity, through documents proving regularity with the competent bodies, and the financial proposal, according to the best cost-benefit ratio for the contracting entity.

Bidders must submit a client reference letter and attach the technical and financial proposals, in addition to the required documents. These include the Legal Entity Registration Certificate, the Official Gazette where applicable, the trade licence (Alvará), the updated Business Activity Start Declaration, a copy of the legal representative's ID card and the bank data certification.

The Financial Quittance Certificate, within a validity period of 90 days, and the INSS Quittance Certificate, within the same period, are also required. The complete and up-to-date presentation of these documents is a condition for valid participation in the tender.

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 11:00 on 30 October 2026, at the institution's reception, at the following address: Associação Ungagodoli, Cidade da Matola, Bairro de Fomento Sial, Rua da Aviação, 51T, Maputo, Mozambique.

The envelope must bear the reference «Proposal for website creation and maintenance services – UGGDL-PASSOS+/2026». Proposals submitted after the deadline or without the indicated reference will not be considered.
