About the project and the role

This Reporting and Performance Officer vacancy is intended to monitor the Local Content of the TEPMA1 project in Afungi, Cabo Delgado province.

You will produce, monitor, and integrate local content information that underpins project decisions, liaising directly with the Capacity Building and contracting strategy teams.

What you will do

In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for the following core tasks:

• Produce all reporting related to Local Content, including quarterly reports, annual reports, and continuous updates of local content KPIs;
• Monitor contractor Local Content performance, push for the submission of their reports, and integrate this data into project reporting;
• Support the development, updating, and monitoring of the TEPMA1 Local Content plan, together with the Capacity Building and contracting strategies team;
• Coordinate the implementation and communication of initiatives such as industrial baseline studies, other studies, and business delegations;
• Support HSE best practices in the workplace, reporting incidents or unsafe conditions, applying mitigation actions, and recommending the stoppage of unsafe work;
• Support the Local Content team with market intelligence, building bridges with discipline leads and main contractors to gather and share information.
