Scope of the role

The mission is to perform technical tasks assigned by the project discipline lead, related to design, verification, and studies, working in interface with other specialists and drafters. The work is organized into four phases, plus a building deliverables module:

• Development and commercial support: provide technical support to know-how development and the commercial phase of the project;
• Feasibility study: provide technical support to feasibility assessment;
• Tenders: review, clarify, and qualify tender technical documentation; define activities and deliverables and coordinate them according to the schedule; identify technical requests, deviations, and alternatives; apply tender methodologies and design guidelines/criteria; support the proposal team in budget requests and estimates of material quantities, man-hours, and costs; participate in clarification meetings with the client;
• Project execution: review client documentation and technical requirements; maintain project technical files; control subcontracted architectural engineering documents inside and outside the group; carry out detailed design activities, verification, and studies, aimed at sound engineering and optimizing design in cost, constructability, and safety;
• Building deliverables: prepare design specifications for architectural works and joint civil works related to buildings; develop functional layouts; prepare material specifications; support the TM/PSL in technical interfaces with the client; prepare MTOs and BOQs.

In all phases, the goal is to keep engineering documentation up to date and ensure that the architectural design meets the actual needs of the project.
