Sales Development Representatives (SDR) — RHDC (Remote)

The essential: RHDC – Consultoria & Serviços, Lda is recruiting 12 Sales Development Representatives – Level 1 (SDR / Pre-Sales) for Maputo Province, on a 100% remote basis, with application via email until September 24, 2026.

About the company and the position

RHDC – Consultoria & Serviços, Lda is a Mozambican human resources consulting firm active in job placement, recruitment and selection, professional training, skills assessment and development, temporary work, research, and other areas. It is a founding member of the Mozambican Association of Private Employment Agencies (AMAE) and holds a special license for recruiting Mozambican workers for abroad.

As part of the expansion of the commercial operations of one of its clients, RHDC intends to recruit 12 Sales Development Representatives – Level 1 (SDR / Pre-Sales) to work from home. The end client will be revealed during the selection process.

What you will do

• Conduct active prospecting calls via VoIP, using telephony software provided by the client.
• Contact potential clients via email and WhatsApp, following defined daily cadences.
• Prospect potential clients and identify business opportunities.
• Qualify incoming leads.
• Schedule qualified meetings on the sales executives' calendars.
• Send confirmations and reminders to ensure client attendance at scheduled meetings.
• Keep the CRM updated with complete interaction history.
• Log activities in the system provided by the client and adhere to commercial scripts and procedures.
• Track your performance indicators.

Conditions

Salary: to be agreed with the company. Compensation is commission-based, variable, with payment for each meeting actually held and qualified, with no earning cap. The exact conditions of the commercial agreement, including the client, the product being sold, and any base salary, should be confirmed during the interview before accepting the position.

Work is from home, with autonomy, modern telephony and CRM tools, and working hours to be defined with the client according to the agreed project cadence. There is a documented career progression: top performers at Level 1 can advance to Level 2 (Sales Executive / Closer) and Level 3 (Leadership / Sales Team Management).

Profile and skills

Those who excel in this role speak fluent Portuguese, with clear diction and direct argumentation, spending the day convincing strangers to set aside time for a conversation. A drive for initiative and target orientation is essential.

The ability to work remotely, with schedule discipline, in a quiet environment and with the minimum IT setup described in the requirements is crucial. Previous experience in sales, call centers, prospecting, or B2B customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
