The 9 open positions

TWINE, Lda. is recruiting qualified and experienced local candidates for a total of 9 positions, all based in Afungi, Cabo Delgado province. The distribution by role is as follows:

• 1 materials dispatcher — coordinates the dispatch and movement of materials on site;
• 1 stock control technician — keeps stock records updated and controls incoming and outgoing materials;
• 4 materials control technicians — monitor the flow of materials and their management throughout operations;
• 3 store keepers — manage the warehouse, receiving, storage, and delivery of materials.

The roles cover dispatch, materials control, and warehouse management, three functions that together support on-site materials logistics. Recruitment is intended for local candidates with experience in the field they are applying for.

The 7/2 rotation schedule

The positions operate on a rotation: 7 weeks in the field followed by 2 weeks off. During active weeks, work is carried out in Afungi; during time-off weeks, the candidate is away from the site.

The schedule applies to the open positions and should be taken into account when deciding to apply: it implies continuous presence on site during active weeks and a regular period of absence during time-off weeks. The 9-week cycle — 7 in the field and 2 off — is the routine of this role, typical of extended shift operations.
