Day-to-day responsibilities

The role is organized around the invoice cycle and monthly closure. Key duties:

• Record and process invoices, ensuring compliance with contracts and tax requirements.
• Monitor invoice approval workflows and coordinate with other departments.
• Follow up on vendor payment matters and service details.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain the General Ledger and prepare accounting journal entries.
• Support monthly closure processes, including depreciation, capitalization, and other adjustments.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly invoicing for joint ventures operated by ENE.
• Support external, internal, and government authority audits.
• Prepare accounting analyses whenever required.
• Ensure proper filing and retention of accounting documentation.

Candidate profile
