- Authorize payments via bank transfer, M-Pesa, and e-Mola in accordance with internal and donor rules;
- Organize and archive administrative documentation — physical and digital — including personnel records, under the regulations of major donors;
- Collect and file documentary evidence supporting financial reports;
- Prepare and submit donor financial reports in liaison with funders, in collaboration with headquarters;
- Support project teams in budget planning and administrative tasks;
- Plan and manage running costs with provincial coordinators: staff, rent, utilities, maintenance, and fuel;
- Manage framework contracts with suppliers, lease agreements, and other administrative contracts;
- Ensure Oikos' tax compliance with the Tax Authority — monthly filings, VAT, and other applicable obligations for suppliers;
- Coordinate relations with labor, legal, and other specialist consultants alongside provincial coordinators.
