What you will do day-to-day

• Process insurance proposals coming from branches and commercial teams, from receipt to issuance.

• Update the bank's database: customer and policy information must always be accurate and complete across active systems.
• Monitor the workflow between the bank and partner insurers, checking whether Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are effectively met.
• Provide technical and operational support to branches: clarify doubts regarding products, processes, and procedures, and help resolve bottlenecks in policy issuance and management.
• Receive claim notifications, validate and forward documentation to insurance partners, follow up on each claim until closure, and keep the customer informed of their claim status.
• Apply internal policies and regulatory requirements for the insurance business, with an emphasis on KYC, data protection, and anti-money laundering.
• Produce operational and statistical reports, conduct trend analysis, and track performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Identify and report operational risks and control deficiencies, support internal and external audits, and participate in process improvements and the implementation of new procedures.
