This vacancy reports to the Head of Certification — Mozambique and Angola, at the heart of the commercial area, where the response to each client request is prepared.

The role connects the commercial area to operations: it is the person who turns client requests into budgets and formal proposals, on time and in line with the company's templates. It works closely with the technical, sales and operations teams, and is the administrative point of support that makes the client response complete.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for an organised person, with strong writing and attention to detail, who works well with numbers, deadlines and documents.

This is an internship designed for someone who is finishing their degree or has recently completed it in Business Administration, Sales or a related field, and who wants to learn in practice how to prepare budgets and commercial proposals.

No professional experience is required: what matters is method, discipline and the willingness to learn quickly.

Maturity and reliability are also valued: anyone handling prices, deadlines and client documents has to treat every detail with rigour. A professional attitude and the ability to stay organised under deadline pressure are part of the day to day.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Compile technical specifications, pricing data and the scope of services into professional budget documents.
• Format proposals according to the company's templates and brand guidelines.
• Ensure that every budget includes accurate prices, terms and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate the technical teams to obtain the information needed for more complex proposals.
• Keep filing systems organised, both digital and physical, for all budgets and proposals.
• Track the status of budgets and follow-up deadlines.
• Prepare cover letters, appendices and supporting documentation.
• Manage versions and document revisions.
• Enter budget data into CRM systems and proposal management tools.
• Update pricing databases and service catalogues.
• Monitor budget expiry dates and flag renewals.
• Generate reports on the volume of budgets, conversion rates and execution deadlines.
• Review documents for accuracy, consistency and compliance.
• Verify price calculations and the application of discounts.
• Validate client information and project specifications.
• Catch discrepancies and missing information before the proposal is presented.
• Connect the sales, operations and technical teams to speed up budget preparation.
• Respond to client queries about the status of a budget.
• Maintain professional correspondence and documentation records.

• Speed up the processing time of budgets and proposals.
• Keep the document compliance rate high.
• Preserve the accuracy of the data entered into the systems.
• Prepare the requested volume of budgets and proposals, within deadlines.
