The Role

Your role is to maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace from the start to the end of the day. You will not work alone: the team has materials, products, and procedures for each area, and your work integrates with the rest of the team. The result of your effort is visible to everyone — it is the first impression of the workspace and the last thing noticed when the day ends.

Daily Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect offices, rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Collect waste and dispose of it correctly, separating it according to the facility's rules.
• Assist in restocking and preserving materials, hygiene products, and cleaning equipment.
• Identify and communicate maintenance needs, breakdowns, or shortages of materials.
• Comply with occupational health and safety standards.
• Keep spaces organized and in good hygienic condition.
• Keep cleaning materials and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Clean doors, windows, glass, tables, chairs, cabinets, and other surfaces, keeping spaces properly organized.
• Support organization and cleaning before and after meetings, events, or special activities.
• Report any damage, failure, leaks, or abnormal situation identified during work to the supervisor.
• Perform other support tasks compatible with the role when requested by the line manager.

Who We Are Looking For
