• Support insurance portfolio management and monitor its evolution, participating in cross-selling, volume growth, and retention initiatives;
• Administratively manage policies during issuance, modification, and cancellation processes;
• Provide administrative support to payment and collection processes;
• Collect and process data, supporting the production of management information.
