RHDC — Consultoria & Serviços, Lda works in HR consulting: it recruits and selects professionals, handles employment placement, trains and develops skills, assesses people and supplies temporary staffing. It is Mozambican, registered under Mozambican law, and was one of the founding members of AMAE, the association that brings together the country's private employment agencies.
It has now opened a vacancy for a Compensation and Salary Survey Analyst at its headquarters in Maputo: a technical/specialist level position, reporting to the General Management, with travel depending on projects. In two lines, the role is this — investigate what the market pays, organise that information and turn it into salary tables and recommendations that client companies can actually use to decide.
It fits someone who enjoys investigating, feels comfortable with large volumes of data and notices when a number does not make sense — and goes looking for the explanation instead of letting it pass.
It also counts if you write clearly, because a technical report nobody understands serves no one, and if you understand that salaries are sensitive information: here, discretion is not an ornament, it is part of the job.
The announcement is surprisingly transparent about the indicators: number of salary studies carried out, companies taking part in the surveys, roles analysed, quality and freshness of the database, meeting deadlines, accuracy of reports, clients served, client satisfaction, benchmarking projects completed and even the revenue generated by the salary study services. Translating that: steady output, clean data and deadlines met say more than any speech.
Your portfolio grows fast in this role: benchmarking reports, salary studies by sector and profession, maps comparing remuneration, salary tables organised by role and level, salary band proposals, internal equity reports, databases of the salaries and benefits collected, competitiveness studies and the periodic reports (Salary Survey Reports) that RHDC itself produces for clients.
About pay: the announcement does not publish salary or benefits and we will not invent figures. If you move forward in the process, that is the moment to ask the company directly, with complete freedom.
Honesty first. The announcement states the area of the role, who you report to, the workplace, the required education and experience, the application format, the mandatory email subject and the final deadline — and that is exactly what is on this page. It does not state the salary, does not list benefits and does not describe the contract.
It also does not explain when or how candidates are contacted; so we do not promise a response from RHDC — the decision is entirely theirs.
Prepare your application as a Word file, in Portuguese and in English — the announcement asks for both languages — and send it to emprego@rhdconsultoria.co.mz. Subject (rule of the announcement): the name of the vacancy you are applying for — that is, "Analista de Remuneração e Estudos Salariais" — so your message is quickly found in the inbox.
If you prefer to deliver it by hand, the announcement accepts applications in person: RHDC — Villa Luisa Empreendimentos, Lda, Avenida de Moçambique, Nº 108, Bairro Mincanhine, Nº 1177, Q. 6, Distrito de Marracuene, Província de Maputo. Deadline: 16 September 2026 — send it early; deadlines wait for no one.
