The essentials: You will support the District Service of Health, Women and Social Action (SDSMAS) and the surveillance teams of Cahora Bassa and Moatize districts in the activities of FHI 360's EpiC Global Health Security project — full-time, on-site work. In addition to these tasks, you will support the implementation and monitoring of technical strengthening initiatives in districts and health facilities: regular mentorship follow-up with teams and activity documentation according to organizational policies.

Travel: 25 to 50% of your time, across 3 to 4 assigned districts — health services, communities, and district services, including hard-to-reach areas.
Office/Field: prolonged screen and keyboard use, periods sitting or standing. No direct reports; you work with general guidelines for routine tasks and detailed guidelines for new activities.
Tools: laptop, mobile phone, Office 365, SharePoint, Zoom/Teams, electronic surveillance and data collection platforms.
Salary: USD 28,000–36,000 annual base; the final offer takes into account experience and training, internal equity, market rates, and budget.
