Kugarissica is recruiting a Field and Community Project Development Supervisor, based in Beira. The role encompasses field management, proposal development, resource mobilization, and strengthening donor partnerships, aimed at promoting sustainable development at the local level.
The professional will work in coordination with field teams and donor partners, ensuring that projects are designed, proposed, and monitored in alignment with community needs. The position combines field work with fundraising and financial management.
This is a coordination position connecting field work with relations with partners and donors. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership capacity and autonomy, able to represent the association to partners and coordinate field teams.
