As part of strengthening its community interventions, the organization is recruiting an officer for Pemba, reporting directly to the Community Development Program Coordinator. The position is responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating community interventions in gender, mental health, and psychosocial support, promoting gender equality, healing, resilience, and community cohesion among children, families, youth, and community structures.
The position is based in Pemba, with a 1-year contract, renewable based on performance, and an annual salary of 650.000,00 MZN.
The organization has zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse, harassment, fraud, corruption, and any other forms of misconduct.
The role is subject to rigorous background checks, including professional references and criminal background checks, aiming to ensure the safeguarding of vulnerable children and adults.
