This is a management role within the Human Resources area. You will take responsibility for the department's administrative and operational fronts. The work ranges from recruitment and selection to contract management, attendance and leave tracking, as well as preparing reports to support executive management.

Working in Human Resources within a multi-sector group requires applying labor legislation to real daily situations. It is essential to maintain employee data accuracy and ensure documentation compliance across the entire company.

What you will do

In this position, your primary responsibility will be driving the practical and administrative operations of Human Resources. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the following daily tasks:

• Manage the job posting, selection, onboarding, and monitoring phases for new employees;
• Keep employment contracts, personnel files, and administrative documentation updated and managed at all times;
• Ensure accurate administrative records of attendance, annual leave, absences, and statutory leaves;
• Ensure compliance with current labor laws, internal policies, and company procedures;
• Provide support for performance management and employee training and development initiatives;
• Prepare HR reports and build key indicators to support management decision-making;
• Identify and address routine day-to-day labor issues;
• Coordinate and supervise the HR team;
• Regularly use Excel and HR software platforms to maintain accurate and reliable data.
