Tree Consulting is a Maputo-based consulting firm specializing in human resources (Manpower) and business support solutions. They are recruiting a Graphic Designer to join their team in Maputo, overseeing the brand's visual identity across all channels — from digital to print.

In a consulting and recruitment environment, the materials you produce will frequently accompany commercial proposals, campaigns, and corporate collateral. The position is within the marketing and communications department: you will produce work serving both the company's clients and the brand's own image.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a designer with hands-on experience who enjoys turning ideas into cohesive and functional visual assets. The daily routine is varied: social media, brochures, presentations, commercial proposals, the website, and campaigns.

This position is not limited to design output alone: you will also manage and optimize the WordPress website, keep the graphic assets library organized, and support the team during events, conferences, and workshops. Daily responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and graphic materials aligned with Tree Consulting's visual identity, focusing on social media.
• Produce corporate and commercial collateral: brochures, presentations, commercial proposals, corporate profiles, newsletters, reports, and infographics.
• Prepare artwork files for printing and oversee graphic production processes whenever necessary.
• Edit images, illustrations, and multimedia content.
• Manage, update, and optimize the corporate WordPress website, maintaining an attractive visual experience and up-to-date content.
• Collaborate on the implementation of digital marketing and internal communication campaigns.
• Organize and keep the library of graphic resources and brand assets up to date.
• Stay updated on design trends and propose new visual approaches that enhance the company's communication.
• Support the team in creating materials for events, conferences, workshops, and other corporate initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of the brand's visual identity across all channels.
