What you will do day-to-day

Supporting the HR Supervisor in the Balama operation, your main tasks will include:

• Track the team's daily attendance and monitor absences, leave, and holidays for each employee.
• Support staff substitution management to ensure the operation never lacks required personnel.
• Organize, verify, and keep time sheets up to date, preparing daily report data for the HR team in Maputo.
• Control Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), monitoring stock levels, distribution, replenishment, and unit replacements.
• Note and report any irregularities regarding attendance, PPE, or other HR matters.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Keep each employee's documentation and records organized and up to date.
• Handle HR administrative duties and employee communications.
• Assist the HR Supervisor in implementing company policies and procedures on-site.
