What you will do

In this Human Resources position, you will be responsible for operational and advisory tasks on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities cover the following areas of activity:

• General HR advice: answer questions and provide guidance on internal policies, organizational procedures, labor relations standards, benefits, training actions, and compensation schemes.
• Recruitment management: coordinate hiring activities for new employees fully aligned with operational needs and business goals.
• Contract preparation: prepare job offer letters and draft employment contracts, ensuring strict compliance with internal company policies and applicable local labor laws.
• Onboarding and offboarding processes: conduct initial onboarding for new employees, hold formal exit interviews, and keep individual records properly updated in internal systems.
• Talent management and tracking: oversee the periodic performance appraisal cycle, collaborate on succession planning, and assist in setting objectives for employees.
• Compensation administration: support the management of compensation processes, including participating in annual salary reviews, awarding merit promotions, and other equivalent initiatives.
• International coordination: work in close collaboration with the corporate group's Human Resources centers of expertise in implementing global initiatives.
• Systems and data management: ensure the maintenance and updating of Human Resources information systems, generating monthly and ad hoc reports through data collection, transformation, and visualization.
• Continuous process improvement: present optimization suggestions for workflows and keep procedural documentation aligned with daily routine practices.
• Technical issue resolution: act autonomously within predefined organizational boundaries, directly solving problems and situations of moderate to high complexity.
