What you will do
You will support the delivery of HR services in the Country Office and Area Offices, reporting to the HR Manager. Your work connects organizational policies to field teams across multiple locations.
- Consistently apply HR policies, procedures, and standards across all locations.
- Coordinate recruitment processes: attract, assess, and hire the right people, on time and in compliance with NRC standards.
- Prepare employment contracts and associated documentation, maintaining complete, up-to-date, and confidential employee records.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics: travel, accommodation, and support with visas and work permits, when necessary.
- Monitor probationary periods, contract renewals, internal mobility, and separation processes.
- Coordinate orientation, mandatory training, and performance management processes, in coordination with line managers.
- Serve as the point of contact for employees' HR queries: policies, benefits, leave management, and workplace practices.
- Coordinate the administration of benefit programs, including health and work accident insurance, where applicable.
- Produce HR reports, statistics, and data analytics to support operational and management decision-making.
- Support internal and external audits with effective documentation, record management, and compliance monitoring.
- Support the HR Manager in employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Promote employee well-being, a positive work culture, and safeguarding and inclusion initiatives.
Conditions
