What you will do

In this junior-level position, your role will be to fully execute the management and development cycle of institutional partnerships. You will follow each process from the initial prospecting phase to ongoing relationship management. Your daily responsibilities include the following tasks:

• Map and research potential partners: identify and draw up lists of relevant market institutions — including banks, fintechs, insurers, and other organizations — that have the interest or capacity to support the financial education projects led by NKPL.
• Make initial contact: establish the first point of contact with the identified entities. Your mission at this stage is to clearly present NKPL's value proposition, explaining the work carried out by the organization and the proposed partnership.
• Schedule meetings and follow up on processes: set up work meetings with representatives and decision-makers from contacted institutions, maintaining close follow-up of each partnership process from start to close.
• Support material preparation: collaborate in preparing and organizing formal proposals, presentations, and institutional documents that NKPL presents during meetings with partners.
• Nurture institutional relationships: maintain regular, fluid communication with existing partner institutions, monitoring relationship progress and staying attentive to new collaboration opportunities that may arise in discussions.
