and that is precisely what makes the legal role so versatile: the same person who analyzes a mortgage guarantee can, in the same week, prepare the minutes for a meeting of corporate bodies.

Who we are looking for

Someone who enjoys working with clear rules and writes in a way that others can understand. The credit team needs quick responses when a client is waiting; Management needs to know, in plain language,

where the legal risk lies and what to do about it. If you can handle tight deadlines without sacrificing detail, and if you know how to say “this cannot be done this way” with an alternative ready, you will be a natural fit.

Your day-to-day role

• Monitor each credit transaction from initial analysis through to the disbursement of funds, validating the legal conditions at every step.
• Prepare and review collateral — mortgages, pledges and promissory notes — keeping registrations in order and leaving no room for interpretation.
• Write legal opinions on commercial, corporate, and labor matters, prioritizing them when business decisions cannot wait.
• Provide secretarial support for meetings of corporate bodies: prepare agendas, draft minutes and resolutions, and keep records of executive decisions up to date.
• Draft contracts with suppliers and partners, manage capital increase or reduction processes, and handle powers of attorney and registrations with competent authorities.
• Track litigation and judicial collections in coordination with external lawyers, and bring material risks to the attention of Management.
• Propose contractual adjustments and, in the event of legal flaws, request the suspension of disbursements.
