When a project alignment crosses land with occupancy and use rights, legal analysis evaluates whether to proceed with acquisition, expropriation for public utility, or alignment alteration.

What you will do

In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for overseeing two key project legal support tasks:

• Safeguard the legal compliance of the project, monitoring legal matters at every stage of the work.
• Analyze in detail the expropriation and right-of-way easement requirements resulting from the project alignment.

These two tasks run concurrently: compliance verification guides the entire project, while easement and expropriation analysis produces the necessary legal documentation for practical execution on the ground.
