Day-to-day responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of shipments from the airport or KM4 to the warehouse;
• Verify that all goods and shipments are properly accounted for, with no inventory discrepancies;
• Coordinate documentation requirements for each operation with customs brokers;
• Ensure all documentation is properly completed and signed to comply with bank guarantee management procedures and payment protocols;
• Coordinate deliveries on board vessels calling at the Port of Maputo, ensuring the full delivery process is completed and communicated accurately;
• Coordinate all other internal cargo movements within the company, according to instructions received;
• Maintain detailed tracking and communication for all cargo movements so that no one is left waiting for an update;
• Perform other tasks required by the company within the scope of the role.
