Who we are looking for

You will coordinate a warehouse and distribution team. Your daily routine involves controlling material loading and unloading, recording stock inbound and outbound entries in the system, issuing and controlling delivery notes, and preparing orders (picking).

Are you looking for stability in a large company and real warehouse experience? You will work in an operational environment, with direct contact with the team and operations.

You will be responsible for the warehouse space assigned to you, from incoming to outgoing materials. Mota-Engil values proficiency in SAP and MS Office, as stock records and delivery notes run through the system. For the Pemba vacancy (project), the company also seeks availability for mobility — the team follows the ongoing project in Zambezia.

Daily responsibilities

• Coordinate the warehouse and distribution team;
• Ensure control of material loading and unloading in the warehouse;
• Record stocks with entries and exits in the system;
• Issue and control delivery notes;
• Prepare order picking;
• Management and maintenance of warehouse space.
