The Apprentice Program

This process serves a structured training program: the company seeks to train a team of professionals in the fields of mechanics and electricity, with theoretical and practical training, supporting maintenance, installation, fault diagnosis, repair, and optimization of industrial equipment, while maintaining the beverage industry's safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards.

In practice, the apprentice joins the maintenance team of a real industrial operation: machinery, electrical systems, instrumentation. The program combines formal learning with hands-on work on the equipment the factory uses every day — providing a kickstart for anyone embarking on a career in maintenance.

Who we are looking for

The program is designed for those who want to build a technical career in maintenance and prefer to start with structured training, rather than moving directly into an operator role. The group trains the team and provides the learning resources; you bring the drive and discipline, and the rest is built through practical experience.

What you will do

• Support the team in carrying out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance interventions on the unit's industrial equipment.
• Participate in routine inspections for early detection of signs of failure or anomaly.
• Help investigate equipment failures and follow up on the execution of resulting corrective actions.
• Use, handle, and maintain tools, equipment, and measuring instruments as specified in procedures.
• Support the preparation and updating of maintenance records and technical reports.
• Apply safety, health, and environmental rules — known as SHE — that govern the operation.
• Take part in the unit's continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing and VPO.
• Assist in the installation, dismantling, and commissioning of industrial equipment.
• Help control and manage the stock of spare parts and maintenance materials.
• Build competence in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Work to reduce equipment downtime, operational losses, and waste.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams on maintenance and operational improvement projects.
