The marketing and communication role supports the visibility of the company itself and its services. It is the position that brings the brand to life: managing social media, campaigns, and the way SCV and its clients reach the public.
For an HR consultancy, communication is also a business tool: how the brand presents itself influences the trust of those who hire its services and those who follow them over time. A consistent digital presence helps close proposals and keeps clients returning.
We are looking for someone with a passion for communication and branding, who is comfortable creating assets — text, images, short videos — and managing the company's social media. It is a creative hands-on role: every piece serves the company's identity and must reach the public with consistency.
We care more about attitude than a list of titles: a passion for teamwork, a willingness to learn, and a keen eye for detail. Communication is at the core of the role, both verbal and written, and shapes how the brand presents itself to those looking for it. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage the brand's presence across digital channels, from content creation to analyzing results. Core tasks:
