Medical Technical Trainer — ACE Health Care (Maputo)

The essentials: ACE Health Care, Lda. is looking for a Medical Technical Trainer for the Medical Training and Marketing area, based in Maputo, with availability for frequent travel.

Who we are looking for

The company is looking for a medical doctor who enjoys communicating. This is not a vacancy for someone who prefers a closed clinic and individual patient care; it is a position geared towards the training room, slide decks, and travel.

Ideally, you are someone who masters technical discourse but can make it clear to listeners without a background in clinical training.

The work alternates between content preparation and presentation. You deliver training to the Marketing, Sales, and Distribution teams, in Mozambique and abroad, with the frequent travel that the position requires.

Rigor in dealing with clinical information matters, as does the same quality in the room and on the road, and teamwork with those who subsequently apply the training with clients.

What you will do

• Prepare and deliver clinical-scientific training on the company's products, aimed at Marketing, Sales teams, and distributors;
• Adapt clinical content to each audience — those who sell need arguments, those who distribute need framing — without losing scientific rigor;
• Take training to teams in Mozambique and abroad, with frequent national and international travel;
• Build training sessions using PowerPoint presentations, a proficiency required by the job profile;
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Distribution teams, who are the direct audience of the training;
• Ensure that the medical-scientific information arrives correctly from end to end, from the concept of the training to its practical use within the teams.
