Candidate Profile

NEUCE is looking for someone with an aptitude for direct work at commercial points of sale. Demonstrating constant attention to product display, quickly identifying out-of-stock items on shelves, and maintaining a fluid, confident dialogue with store owners and customers is required.

This commercial role combines physical field tasks with analysis and reporting responsibilities. The daily routine requires constant mobility between commercial establishments, shelf inspection, restocking promotional materials, as well as daily tracking of visits, sales, and competitor promotions.

The ideal profile requires punctuality in meeting schedules, the ability to organize work routes, and rigor in preparing daily and weekly reports. Field attitude, discipline in repetitive daily tasks, and meticulous attention to point-of-sale details are valued.

What you will do

Operational work takes place in person at sales locations and partner stores in Maputo City and Matola municipality. Daily tasks include:

• Ensure that paints, finishes, and accessories are properly displayed, arranged, and clean on store shelves and displays.
• Check stock levels at each point of sale and promptly communicate replenishment needs to the responsible departments.
• Mount, organize, and maintain brand promotional materials at the point of sale in good condition, such as posters, banners, and displays.
• Provide basic technical support and clarifications regarding painting products and accessories to both retailers and end customers.
• Map and monitor competitors' market actions and promotions, drafting notes on trends observed in the field.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports with detailed records of visits conducted and sales results.
• Engage new customers at the point of sale and support the generation of new business opportunities for the company.
• Work in close collaboration with other team members, maintaining a cooperative attitude focused on teamwork.
