About Casa Bhay and Grupo CB

Casa Bhay (Supermercado), Lda is Grupo CB's supermarket in Matola. Grupo CB is a Mozambican group operating in retail and wholesale trade, e-commerce, restaurants, and catering.

Casa Bhay serves customers in Matola with groceries, electronics, household appliances, and cosmetics, providing home deliveries across the municipality. This position is part of that delivery operation — product packaging and distribution are done in-house by hand.

What you will do day-to-day

Your work starts before heading out the door. You prepare orders and delivery notes, check the motorcycle, fuel, and signaling equipment — and only then hit the road.

• Deliver merchandise orders to customers in Matola on time.
• Prepare orders and delivery notes before each shift.
• Check the motorcycle, fuel, and signaling equipment before departing.
• Load and unload goods carefully without damage.
• Monitor fuel and lubricant consumption throughout the day.
• Account for vehicle expenses to the company at the end of each shift.
• Fill out motorcycle usage reports as requested by the company.
• Ensure the maintenance and safety of the vehicle on every shift.

You are the face of delivery to the recipient. The product must arrive intact and on time, and the motorcycle must be ready for the next day.

Who they are looking for

The company does not require a formal course or prior work experience. A valid motorcycle driver's license is the only mandatory requirement. Candidates with prior vehicle driving experience, defensive driving knowledge, and professional ethics when handling products and vehicles will have an advantage.

Knowing Matola and navigating the area well is a real asset for fitting into this operation.
