The position is in the PM/FM department, full-time, reporting directly to the Operational FM Manager and supervising Site Supervisors and maintenance teams. Who we are looking for

We are looking for an operational profile with a passion for solving field problems and keeping things running within established standards. The Operational Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that facilities management plans, policies, and procedures are followed — by internal teams and subcontracted teams — in coordination with Site Supervisors and the Operational Manager.

This role is for someone who can keep up with a fast pace, knows how to coordinate maintenance teams and suppliers, and has daily safety experience: DDS (Daily Safety Talks), toolbox talks, inspections, and CAPs (Corrective Action Plans).

What you will do daily

• Support the development and execution of facilities policies and procedures, and the preparation and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Monitor and report attendance of permanent and mobile teams, coordinate work schedules and activity plans, and manage leave and vacation requests.
• Coordinate third-party maintenance services, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and support emergency and operational incident responses.
• Control and report inventory, tools, and consumables, and support the definition and control of interim budgets per site.
• Prepare and participate in internal and client meetings, support the preparation and/or review of monthly reports, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all sites.
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and HSE standards, support safety inspections, reports, and audits, and lead DDS and toolbox talks.
• Identify operational risks, propose mitigation plans, and implement CAPs (Corrective Action Plans) in coordination with Supervisors at each site.
• Support vendor sourcing and quotation/tender processes, review procurement and invoicing processes, and maintain productive relationships with suppliers, service providers, and contractors, reinforcing the company's positive image among stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, training, and feedback to Site Supervisors, support the recruitment and development of new technical teams, and ensure appropriate levels of motivation and discipline.
