In the position of Senior Operations Director (internally designated as Operations Lead and Senior Manager level), you report directly to the Country Director. You are responsible for end-to-end management of procurement, logistics, human resources, and administration.
In this role, you work closely with the Programs, Finance, Internal Audit, and Safeguarding departments.
Your daily routine unfolds across the following main operational areas:
The role is based in Maputo on an in-person basis. The job requires frequent travel to field offices and program implementation sites in Mozambique.
The position also includes one or two international trips per year for team retreats. The work culture is characterized by directness, data analysis, close decision-making, and real professional growth.
