What you will do

In this administrative, operational, and financial internship role, you will provide direct support to the daily routines of the Procurement department through the following tasks:

• Physical process organization: Assist the Procurement team in organizing paper purchasing files and forwarding the necessary documentation for supplier payments.
• Internal records management: Keep the archive of internal documents and files updated, ensuring physical organization and traceability of all information.
• Operational and logistical support: Shadow daily operational activities within the purchasing sector to learn the complete procurement cycle.
• Document classification: Organize files and documents, both physical and digital, according to department regulations.
• Reporting support: Assist in data collection and the preparation of work reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Process improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at quality control and optimization of department activities.
• Quotation requests: Support requesting quotations from suppliers, as well as monitoring order compliance and expected delivery deadlines.
• Inventory control: Assist in inventory verification and tracking logistics for material transport and reception.
• Contract management: File and keep commercial contracts and documentation related to completed purchases organized.
• Miscellaneous task support: Perform other administrative or operational tasks assigned by the team within the scope of the internship.

Who we are looking for

The position is designed for candidates seeking to gain practical experience in procurement and logistics.

We are looking for someone with an academic background in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required, along with spoken and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail in data handling, teamwork, and problem-solving ability. As this is an internship position, previous professional experience is not required.
