About 2iBi

2iBi software helps companies in Mozambique manage their businesses better with Cegid Primavera ERP and Reqwest. The customer base is growing steadily, and the company needs two individuals capable of contacting new businesses nationwide, identifying decision-makers, and laying the groundwork for the sales team to close deals.

The product in question is a business management ERP: sales, invoicing, treasury, and purchasing in a single system, with real-time reporting and stock control. Anyone familiar with the daily operations of a company that invoices, purchases, and manages inventory will quickly grasp the value of the solution and how to present it.

What you will do

• Research Mozambican companies and identify the right decision-makers for each industry sector
• Contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and schedule conversations
• Qualify each prospect's needs and schedule diagnostic meetings for the sales team
• Keep all activities updated in the Pipedrive CRM without recording errors
• Share market feedback to improve 2iBi's messaging and approach

What we are looking for

We need two people who are comfortable on the phone and resilient when receiving a 'no' as an answer. The role involves cold prospecting: it's not direct selling, but rather sales preparation—understanding who decides, what pain points they have, and whether it makes sense to proceed.

Organization is key: everyone plans their day, tracks their numbers, and follows through to the end. Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, call centers, or customer service is valued, as is any knowledge of ERP, accounting, or business management software.

Fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese is mandatory. French is a plus. Candidates must be available to work on-site at the Maputo office starting in November 2026.

This is not a generic entry-level role: 2iBi is looking for two individuals eager to build a career in B2B software sales. Client contact is the essence of the job—phone calls, emails, and conversations on the LinkedIn platform fill the day.

Those without sales experience who possess resilience and a passion for talking to people may still be a great fit: 2iBi offers training and close mentoring during the first few months.
