Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with real commercial experience who knows how to turn a first contact into a business relationship. Your day-to-day is active: getting to know the client, presenting the agency's offer, leading negotiations, and ensuring the partnership starts off well.

If you like talking to people, making arguments based on results, and working with monthly targets, this is the place for you. Experience in marketing, advertising, or B2B sales is the ideal background; what is essential is your commercial track record and your ability to communicate clearly.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Prospecting: you will find and approach new accounts — brands, SMEs, and large companies — that need marketing, advertising, and communication solutions, and turn those approaches into business.
• Account management: you will accompany the client throughout the sales cycle, from first contact to contract closing and through to post-sales, so that no account is lost.
• Proposals: you will prepare tailored commercial proposals together with technical and creative teams to respond precisely to each client.
• Negotiation and closing: you will lead presentation meetings, negotiate values, and close partnerships that keep the agency growing.
• Market insights: you will monitor competition and trends to suggest where the agency should invest and where there is room for new opportunities.
