What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies — Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives — for the teams involved in the project.
• Identify and resolve impediments and dependencies across teams so that deliveries do not stop.
• Keep boards and information up to date in the Agile management tools used in the project.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business areas, translating priorities in both directions.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and negotiate with stakeholders involved.
• Support the consolidation of Agile practices throughout the project.

The focus of this role is on helping the team execute better — not on executing yourself. The value lies in method, facilitation, and obstacle removal.

Who we are looking for

ITS requires proven experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile contexts, with a firm command of Scrum and its ceremonies. You need practical experience dealing with impediments and dependencies between teams, and working with Agile management tools daily.

Equally important: the ability to communicate with technical teams and business areas, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and negotiate with stakeholders. Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are also required.

It is an advantage — not a requirement — to have been involved in Agile transformation processes, coordinated multiple Squads, and worked closely with strategic stakeholders.
